Coffee Ice Cream!

For as long as I know, coffee ice cream has been my absolute favorite ice cream flavor. So I had to try to make some :)



Let me be honest with you. This is one of the best coffee ice creams I've ever had. I used:
1 cup half/half
2 cups whipping cream
3/4 cup sugar
6 tablespoons coffee beans
6 egg yolks
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of coffee grounds.
